Ingredients:
- 1 head cabbage, large dice
- 1 sweet onion, diced
- 14 ounce Kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
- In the Instant Pot, brown the kielbasa on saute.
- Turn off saute, add the cabbage, onion, chicken broth, garlic and onion powders, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
- Set the lid to seal, cook on Manual for 4 - 5 minutes, do a natural release for 10 minutes.
- Carefully release remaining pressure.
- Taste, adjust seasoning and serve with mashed potatoes.
