Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup splenda
- 2 eggs
- 3 bananas, overripe
- 1 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and spray a baking dish or loaf pan with PAM
- Cream together butter, sugar and splenda
- In separate bowl, mash bananas and beat in eggs.
- Add banana mixture to creamed butter. Mix.
- Add in dry ingredients and vanilla, mixing until combined.
- Pour into prepared baking dish and bake 45-60 minutes until inserted toothpick comes out clean.
