Ingredients:
- 8 ounces pork sausage, fried and drained
- 10 ounces sauerkraut, drained and snipped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- dash pepper
Directions:
- Mix all of the above ingredients thoroughly and form into 1 inch balls, chill
- Dip chilled balls into flour, then milk, then egg, and finally into bread crumbs
- Deep fry at 360 degrees until brown.
