Sauerkraut Balls


Ingredients:
  • 8 ounces pork sausage, fried and drained
  • 10 ounces sauerkraut, drained and snipped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons bread crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 3 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • dash pepper

Directions:
  1. Mix all of the above ingredients thoroughly and form into 1 inch balls, chill
  2. Dip chilled balls into flour, then milk, then egg, and finally into bread crumbs
  3. Deep fry at 360 degrees until brown.
