- 4 ounces cooked macaroni
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 2 Tablespoons all-purpose flour
- pinch salt
- ground pepper to taste
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
Instructions:
- While the macaroni cooks according to package directions, melt butter in a small sauce pan. Add in the flour, salt and pepper; cook and stir until smooth (2-3 minutes).
- Slowly add in the milk, stirring until smooth and bubbly. (4-5 minutes).
- Add shredded cheese to the milk mixture and stir until cheese is melted
- Remove from heat, fold in macaroni until coated with sauce.
- Serve!
