Ingredients:
- 1 cup light Karo syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup pecans
- 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
Instructions:
- Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla using a spoon or whisk.
- Stir in pecans
- Pour into pie crust
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes
- Cool before serving
