Pecan Pie

From Karo Syrup Bottle:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup light Karo syrup
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cup pecans
  • 1 9 inch unbaked pie shell

Instructions:
  1. Mix corn syrup, eggs, sugar, butter and vanilla using a spoon or whisk.  
  2. Stir in pecans
  3. Pour into pie crust
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 to 70 minutes
  5. Cool before serving
