Hot Bacon Dressing for Spinach Salad

Ingredients
  • 3 T. Bacon Grease
  • 3 T. Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 t. dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 t. sugar
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
Directions:
  1. Whisk together all ingredients over medium-low heat. Serve over spinach, mushrooms, eggs, red onion and crumbled bacon.
