Recipe found at Kalyn's Kitchen
- 1/2 lb. frozen raw shrimp, thawed
- 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon, cut in half
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 - 1 tsp Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning
- salt and ground pepper to taste
Directions:
- Drain shrimp and pat dry.
- Preheat broiler and move rack to closest position
- Arrange shrimp in a single layer on a baking sheet or individual casserole dishes
- Drizzle shrimp with oil
- Squeeze lemon juice over the shrimp
- Sprinkle Worcestershire sauce over the shrimp
- Sprinkle Creole Seasoning over the shrimp
- Season with salt and pepper
- Put the shrimp under the broiler and cook for 7-8 minutes. If your shrimp is larger than 31-40 they may take a minute or two longer. Do not overcook.
- Serve hot with bread to mop up the juices.
