- 4 medium potatoes, cut into 1" cubes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons bacon, crumbled (or bacon bits)
- 2 green onions, sliced
Directions:
- Place potatoes on 30X18 inch piece of heavy-duty foil.
- Sprinkle with salt.
- Dot with butter.
- Sprinkle with cheese and bacon bits.
- Wrap foil securely around potatoes; pierce top of foil a couple of times to vent steam.
- Grill over medium heat 45-60 minutes until potatoes are tender. Garnish with green onions.
Alternatively:
Prepare in a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes until potatoes are tender. Garnish with green onions.
