Ingredients:
- 4 cups Cooked Chicken, chopped (or 2 large cans of chicken)
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 3/4 cups Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 2 cups celery, chopped
- 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tablespoon onion, chopped (or more to taste up to 1/2 medium onion)
- 1 cup grated cheese (colby or cheddar)
- 1 1/2 cups crushed potato chips
- 2/3 cups slivered almonds
Instructions:
- Mix all but the last 3 ingredients listed and place in a 13X9 inch pan. or until bubbly.Layer on top of casserole the cheese, potato chips and almonds
- Let sit several hours or overnight.
- Bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
