- 1 can whole corn, drained
- 1 can cream style corn
- 1 8 ounce package of Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Combine first 5 ingredients and pour into a 9X13 pan
- Bake at 350 for 45 minutes
- Remove from oven and top with cheese
- Return to oven for 5-10 minutes
- Let set for 5 minutes before serving warm.
