Kielbasa and Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 1 head cabbage, large dice
  • 1 sweet onion, diced
  • 14 ounce Kielbasa sausage, sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 Tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions:
  1. In the Instant Pot, brown the kielbasa on saute.
  2. Turn off saute, add the cabbage, onion, chicken broth, garlic and onion powders, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper.
  3. Set the lid to seal, cook on Manual for 4 - 5 minutes, do a natural release for 10 minutes.
  4. Carefully release remaining pressure.
  5. Taste, adjust seasoning and serve with mashed potatoes.
