Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon vinegar (white, apple cider, or red wine)
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill (or 1 teaspoon dried dill)
- 2 cucumbers (regular or English)
- 1/2 sweet onion, thinly sliced in quarter rounds
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- In a small bowl whisk together sour cream, sugar, vinegar and dill.
- Season cucumbers and onion with salt and pepper, Gently stir in sour cream mixture.
Notes:
I barely stired in the sour cream but left most on top.
