Ingredients:
- 1 large head of broccoli, chopped
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds (or slivered or sliced almonds)
- 1/2 cup raisins (or dried cranberries)
- 1/2 pound bacon, fried and crumbled
- 1/2 red onion, sliced thin
For the Dressing:
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tablespoons of Rice Vinegar
- Dash of salt
Instructions:
- Place the top five ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients.
- Pour dressing over the salad and toss.
