Ingredients:
- 1/2 medium onion, grated or finely chopped (about 2 Tablespoons onion)
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 egg
- 1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons ketchup
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Mix together all ingredients until combined.
- Form into 4 patties each about 1/2 inch thick
- Cook patties in a well-oiled cast iron pan on medium high heat for about 5 minutes per side.
